Date Specific Shipping

We are happy to accommodate your request for date specific arrival at any domestic US physical address (no PO boxes) such as that of a friend, family member, destination dive shop or hotel. Here is the process to place an order to be delivered on a specified date to your hotel or address other than your own.

  • We will accept dated delivery orders up to a maximum of 30 days ahead of the requested delivery date. We recommend you place your order approximately one to two weeks ahead of your expected arrival date.

  • Be certain of the ship to address. Some hotels and office buildings publish a vanity address that is not accurate for the purposes of package delivery. Their published toll free phone number is often a remote call center not located on the property. The best approach is to contact their reception desk and ask what their actual street address is for deliveries. Be sure to ask for the five digit postal zip code and the direct dial phone number. You may also wish to ask about their process for handling packages addressed to guests or visitors.

  • FLORIDA NOTICE - We are not required to collect tax on orders we ship to any address outside of the State of Florida. If the order is shipped to an address inside Florida, then we must collect the sales tax, between 6% and 8%, depending on the specific address. For example, Disney World Orlando is in Orange County with a tax rate of 6.5% while most nearby southern hotels and venues are in Osceola County with a 7.0% tax rate.

  • Select SECURE CHECKOUT once your complete order has been added to the shopping cart. Please do not checkout via PayPal or other third-party payment services as they may require us to always ship immediately or may not allow shipment to addresses other than those on their records.

    1. In the SHIP-TO ADDRESS section enter your name, the company (hotel) or in-care-of name, then street address, city, state, postal zip code, and a domestic US telephone contact number. The local phone number is important in case the driver is unable deliver, you can enter a contact number for someone at the destination such as the front desk or if you have a US domestic cell phone number you may prefer to enter that number instead.

    2. In the SHIPPING METHOD section you MUST select paid United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping which offers date guaranteed delivery. Do not select USPS or Super Saver as those services do not have predictable delivery times.

    3. In the PAYMENT INFORMATION section please select only Credit Card as your payment method. The billing information including the telephone number, MUST match the mailing and contact information on the credit card being used for payment.

    4. In the ORDER COMMENTS dialog box on our shopping cart checkout form write "Please ship to arrive on date DD-MMM-YYYY, Please mark the package HOLD FOR GUEST ARRIVAL". Select the date to be the day before or day of your arrival; note UPS deliveries do not normally occur on Saturday, Sunday or on observed US holidays.

    5. In the ORDER REVIEW section, check the box to agree to our Order Terms and Conditions, and click the Place Order button.

  • When you have correctly submitted your order, you will immediately receive an automated e-mail with a summary of your order. If you don't have a copy of the order within a few minutes of placing it, please contact us to determine the status of your order. We will pull and pack your order within 24 to 72 hours and also charge your card immediately so that payment issues do not delay shipping. We will calculate how long it will take to deliver your package and choose a date to ship the package to arrive as close as possible and no later than the requested delivery date.

  • When we ship, you will receive yet another e-mail with the UPS real time on-line tracking number. We understand you may be traveling, but if possible you should be able to use the tracking number to determine the status of the package. Tracking will also show you when it is delivered and who actually signed for the package. Hotels do not reliably notify guests that a package has arrived, so you MUST present yourself at the reception desk or to the hotel bell captain and request the package.

  • Once UPS picks up the package from our facility we have no control over it, so safe collection of the package at the delivery address is your responsibility. UPS has proven to be very reliable, but on rare occasions transportation delays can occur, particularly as a result of adverse weather conditions. If delays occur, or your travel plans change, you are responsible for contacting someone at the delivery address and arranging for the package to be held or forwarded to you.
