Super Saver FREE Shipping

We'll pay the charges for Super Saver FREE Shipping and your order will be delivered in approximately 1 to 2 weeks for domestic US and 2 to 4 weeks for international, after your order is dispatched. However, if your order is time-sensitive, requires door-to-door tracking during transit, or to choose a specific carrier, please select one of our PAID shipping choices.


Once you reach a minimum order value for qualifying products that depends on the destination, most orders also have a Super Saver FREE Shipping option where we select the carriers and service levels:

  • $99.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING† to Contiguous United States (excluding AK, HI, Territories)
  • $199.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING† to Non-Conterminous U.S. (AK, HI, Territories)
  • $399.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING† to International
  • $799.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING† to any address (subject to carrier availability)
† Minimum order subtotal before sales tax, if applicable, required to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is NOT available on orders that include lead weight, cylinders, rebreathers, absorbents, scooters (DPV), gas boosters. Equipment maintenance services do NOT include free shipping. Also some reduced price items in the Bargain Annex, as well as some large volume bulk orders may NOT qualify for our free shipping promotion. If you place an order with a mixture of items that that do qualify for free shipping and any item that doesn't qualify for free shipping, then the entire order will not qualify for free shipping.

Most Super Saver orders dispatch within three business days. Once your order is packed (multiple Super Saver orders to the same name and address may be combined into a single shipment), the exact dimensions and weight of the sealed package are determined. The Super Saver option automatically tells our systems to use this information to shop and ship via lowest cost package delivery solution that may include 'last mile' contract carriers. In some cases, Super Saver tracking information may be limited to confirmation of pickup and delivery.

We encourage you select Super Saver Shipping whenever appropriate. Those orders allow us to keep our very experienced and highly skilled shipping team members employed full-time with consistent working hours by smoothing out the processing work load, rather than employing a less experienced pool of part-timers rushing to make tight deadlines during peak loads. The benefit is your order will always receive a high-quality professional pick, assembly, pack, and dispatch no matter what shipping method you choose.

5 FAQ FREE Shipping

Your order subtotal must exceed the minimum order value (that depends on the destination) required to qualify for free shipping.

Although we can ship cylinders, rebreathers, absorbent, scooters (DPV), lead weight, and gas boosters most anywhere in the world, because of size and weight restrictions these items do not qualify for our free shipping promotion and must be ordered and shipped separately. Some reduced price items, typically in the Bargain Annex may also have shipping restrictions mentioned in their descriptions. Equipment maintenance services do NOT include free shipping. If you place an order with a mixture of items that that do qualify for free shipping and any item that doesn't qualify for free shipping, then the entire order will not qualify for free shipping.

If you don't see a free shipping option when you expect it, then in rare cases an error in the shipping address can prevent a free shipping option from appearing. Check that your shipping address is correct; the country is selected plus city and state/region names match the postal code.

Orders with paid shipping receive first priority order processing from Dive Gear Express and provide options for rapid date-definite delivery via brand name USPS, UPS, and DHL carriers. Orders with paid shipping and all Items marked In Stock, paid-in-full, usually dispatch the same day, weekends and holidays excepted. Using your tracking number you can manage delivery of your package with the appropriate USPS Informed Delivery®, UPS My Choice®, or DHL On Demand™ website. Please select a paid shipping choice if your order is time-sensitive, requires door-to-door tracking during transit, or to choose a specific carrier.
