Our free shipping offer is not available in a few countries where there is no low cost reliable postal service carrier available, but that we do continue to offer a paid shipping option via a private carrier such as UPS and/or DHL. Frequently requested countries for which we are currently unable to guarantee timely safe arrival via other than paid carriers include (but are not limited to): Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, Israel, Mexico, and Thailand. For countries that we are unable to ship and guarantee safe arrival via postal service, it may be faster and cheaper to hire a third party package forwarding service. Your order subtotal must exceed the minimum order value (that depends on the destination) required to qualify for free shipping.

Although we can ship cylinders, rebreathers, absorbent, scooters (DPV), lead weight, and gas boosters most anywhere in the world, because of size and weight restrictions these items do not qualify for our free shipping promotion and must be ordered and shipped separately. Some reduced price items, typically in the Bargain Annex may also have shipping restrictions mentioned in their descriptions. Equipment maintenance services do NOT include free shipping. If you place an order with a mixture of items that that do qualify for free shipping and any item that doesn't qualify for free shipping, then the entire order will not qualify for free shipping.

If you don't see a free shipping option when you expect it, then in rare cases an error in the shipping address can prevent a free shipping option from appearing. Check that your shipping address is correct; the country is selected plus city and state/region names match the postal code.

Orders with paid shipping receive first priority order processing from Dive Gear Express and provide options for rapid date-definite delivery via brand name USPS, UPS, and DHL carriers. Orders with paid shipping and all Items marked In Stock, paid-in-full, usually dispatch the same day, weekends and holidays excepted. Using your tracking number you can manage delivery of your package with the appropriate USPS Informed Delivery^®, UPS My Choice^®, or DHL On Demand^™ website. Please select a paid shipping choice if your order is time-sensitive, requires door-to-door tracking during transit, or to choose a specific carrier.

Most Super Saver orders dispatch within three business days. We'll pay the charges for Super Saver shipping and your order will be delivered within about 1 to 2 weeks for domestic US and 2 to 4 weeks for international, after your order is dispatched. Once your order is packed (multiple Super Saver orders to the same name and address may be combined into a single shipment), the exact dimensions and weight of the sealed package are determined. The Super Saver option automatically tells our systems to use this information to shop and ship via lowest cost package delivery solution that may include 'last mile' contract carriers. In some cases, Super Saver tracking information may be limited to confirmation of pickup and delivery.
