Reorganization Advisory: Aqualung Group (who owns the Apeks brand) has announced they are undergoing a legal reorganization process. They emphasized this is not a liquidation, but a court-managed effort aimed at securing long-term viability and continuity while working toward a resolution that will allow it to emerge from the reorganization with a more stable foundation under new ownership. According to our information, as of June 1st 2025 the parent company in France is no longer shipping product, although the US based distributor continues to ship products from remaining inventory in the US warehouse.
