How to Order -- Once you have added at least one item to your Cart, you can view the list of your items by clicking on "Cart" at the top right of the website. On your Shopping Cart page you will enter your country, state/province/region, and zip code/postal code. As you add more items, it will adjust your shipping options and calculate the actual shipping charges depending on the items you have selected.  Shipping is FREE for most orders over a minimum value that depends on the destination (domestic or international). The shopping cart contents don't become an order until you select checkout, enter the billing information, check the box indicating you agree to our Order Terms and Conditions, and actually submit the order. We ship daily to destinations all over the globe. Most orders placed before 12:00 P. M. EST will ship the same business day. Order Status -- You will receive three automatic e-mails from DiveGearExpress.com about your order:

  • When you submit the order you will receive a detailed confirmation copy within one minute.
  • When we have performed a technical review of the order and it is ready to be pulled and packed.
  • When we ship the order, including the carriers package tracking number.

Please add our domain name to your e-mail address book and monitor your inbox for the e-mail address you entered with your order. If do not receive one or more of these three e-mails within our business hours, please check your SPAM folder.

Oversized Items -- Although we will ship cylinders, rebreathers, absorbent, DPVs, and gas boosters most anywhere in the world, please note, our shopping cart is not able to properly compute shipping costs on multiple oversize packages. Because of size and weight restrictions these items must be handled separately. If you wish to order any of the above mentioned items, please place them on a separate order and we will advise you of the actual shipping charges prior to accepting your order.

Back Orders -- We have a computerized inventory system and while we strive to keep as complete an in-stock inventory as possible, occasional inaccuracies will cause us to discover out of stock status on items as we begin to pack your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.

Hazardous Materials -- We offer small amounts of hazardous materials packaged for consumer use that are handled through our ordinary shipping practices under Limited Quantity hazardous material exception policies for consumer commodities. However, if your order contains more than a few lithium cells (>10) or a few ounces (>4) of flammable liquids such as adhesive, these larger quantities are fully subject to hazardous material handling restrictions. We do not wish to handle hazardous material orders and will reject orders which do not qualify for exception as limited quantity of consumer commodity.
