Additional repair parts, if required, are NOT covered and there MAY be additional charges for all parts at factory suggested retail prices. Factory authorized maintenance service for Apeks XTX series second stage regulators. We do not service Apeks brand second stages other than their XTX20, XTX40, XTX50, XTX100, and XTX200 models.
We must replace all damaged or worn pieces according to factory guidelines for regulators. You may contact our Service Technicians directly for further information or for a detailed estimate once they have received your regulators for service. If no contact is made we will repair back to factory specifications as required and return them to you with a printed invoice and record of service.
The XTX second stages are all a reversible design that can be converted between a standard right-handed hose inlet configuration and an uncommon left-handed configuration. Apeks recommends this be done by a regulator technician and upon request during maintenance our technician will change the hose inlet configuration of the stage at no additional charge. Apeks has previously offered some of their regulator packages with a branded "double swivel" hose that requires periodic service. If the hose is included the regulator, we will service the Apeks double swivel hose at no additional charge. However, Apeks has discontinued their double swivel hose and rather than continued service we recommend replacement with an industry standard low-pressure regulator hose.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any service from us does not meet your expectations, we will readjust or service the item again at no charge within 60 days from the date of service.
