Dive Rite QRM Lever Lock Upgrade Kit

QRM Lever Lock Upgrade
QRM Lever Lock Upgrade Dive Rite QRM Lever Lock Installation
  • Upgrade your QRM for a more secure light
  • Quick and easy to install (see video above)
  • Including stainless mounting screws

Introduced in 2013, Dive Rite’s Quick Release Mount System (QRM) has changed the way divers carry their lights. This innovative system allows for fast and easy switching between lights and mounting positions. Dive Rite later updated their system to include a locking lever, included on all their handmounts since December 2016. The Lever Lock Upgrade Kit is easily retrofitted to the QRM receivers that lack the locking lever, this upgrade greatly enhances the security of the mount.

Inadvertently sacrificing your valuable lights to the water gods is no longer a concern. With a simple flick, the lever lock prevents the QRM mechanism from moving, locking the light into place. Releasing the light is just as fast—simply disengage the lever to allow the QRM to move.

The remarkably simple design has only one moving part and no springs or pins to lose or rust. It is low profile and unobtrusive yet easy to operate even when wearing thick gloves.

Check out the installation video under the video tab to see how easy it is to install the upgrade kit.

Great upgrade for the QRM!

The QRM is a very handy handle in thta the LM20 is easily removed and installed when needed. However, the rubber bands may not hold the light in place when the light got bumped into something. Having the QRM Lever Lock solved this problem completely! Highly recommended (if you don't want to lose your ~ $600 dive light, that is.)
