Very nice item to install on your second stage. Makes it more comfortable as it reduces hose pull and makes it easier if you need to buddy breath. I bought several and installed them on all my regulators. In my opinion I believe it helps when diving in cold water, as the extra metal acts like a heat sink to help reduce the chance of a second stage freeze up. The prices and customer service from DGX is outstanding!

I have this and the 90 for running my regulator hose under my arm and I thing the 70 flows better with less jaw fatigue.

For me it is easier on the jaw than a 90 degree adaptor. It is good quality and less expensive than those from other retailers
