Our free shipping offer is not available in a few countries where there is no low cost reliable postal service carrier available, but that we do continue to offer a paid shipping option via a private carrier such as UPS and/or DHL. Frequently requested countries for which we are currently unable to guarantee timely safe arrival via other than paid carriers include (but are not limited to): Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, Israel, Mexico, and Thailand. For countries that we are unable to ship and guarantee safe arrival via postal service, it may be faster and cheaper to hire a third party package forwarding service.
