Flimsy. No bungee cord.

The description claims "Includes attached carbon pencil on bungee for convenience." The pencils are NOT attached with bungee. It is simply a solid cord with no stretch whatsoever. I ordered three and they are all the same. The notebooks seem well constructed, but they are flimsy to write on. IMHO they should be called refills for the nylon diver's notebooks. If you want bungee cord for the pencil order "Shock Cord Bungee - Thin {1/8 in | 3 mm}" add make your own.
