Because of relatively low unit sales volumes for the Poseidon brand oxygen sensors, they are normally available with a 1-2 week lead time in order to be able to offer the freshest Poseidon brand sensor available. In some cases, the sensors we receive from Poseidon also may have been in stock for some time at Poseidon.
Alternatively, the Poseidon brand sensors are manufactured by Analytical Industries (AI) and identical in all respects (other than the label) to the AI brand PSR-11-39-MD. Because of our high sales volumes for the AI versions we do stock, the AI versions are always of very recent manufacture.

AI brand diving sensors ship with the documentation of a final pressure test for each sensor. The sensor is tested at approximately one ATA in air and 100% oxygen, then tested again at 1.8 ATA in oxygen, and the millivolt readings are recorded for all measurements. The results document that the cell is within specifications for current and linearity up to a PO2 exceeding 1.6 ATA. The dated test results are included in the package with each individual sensor.
