Factory authorized maintenance service for any Poseidon second stage regulator.
The price listed INCLUDES LABOR CHARGE AND SERVICE KIT for Poseidon second stages. Additional repair parts, if required, are NOT covered and there MAY be additional charges for all parts at factory suggested retail prices.

We are required by Poseidon to replace all damaged or worn pieces with their authorized parts according to their guidelines for second stage regulators. You may contact our Service technicians directly for further information or for a detailed estimate once they have received your Regulators for inspection. If no contact is made we will repair back to factory specifications as required.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If any service from us does not meet your expectations, we will readjust or service the item again at no charge within 60 days from the date of service.

    UPS just dropped off my Poseidon 5000. I've got to say, I'm a little diapointed. Neither end of the hose was was thightened to first or second stage. The DIN fitting wasn't even hand tight and the part covering the first stage filter wasn't threaded all the way down.
    On top of that the brass logo on the second stage fell off.
    I did gauge inter stage pressure, which was perfect. Second stage seems to be working perfectly also. I was very happy about being called and e-mailed about extra parts that were needed. My reg arrived at DGE on a Wednesday and shipped back the following Wednesday. Arriving on the day promised

    I have taken the official sercio Poseidon Dive Gear Express one xyclon model regulator , since I lived in Ushuaia Tierra del Fuego Argentina and we have no official service .
    I understand that you have changed several pieces but still I have not been able to do the same for reasons related to the transport of my country, to see his funcionamineto .
    However the given Dive Gear Express service was very serious , technical and porfesional when treating me and give me all the answers to my concerns .

Sending Equipment to Us for Service

  • Important: We only service brands we sell, because we are unable to provide factory authorized service for brands that we don't sell.
  • We suggest you send your entire regulator, including octopus, for service because problems that appear to be in one stage are often caused by problems in the other stage. However, we do ask you remove and retain any hose or console mounted computers, knives, clips, etc.
  • For electronic devices such as rebreathers, please send any batteries, chargers, or special cables if possible. However, do not send any damaged, defective or leaking batteries, please contact our service technicians instead.
  • Enter an order for service using the shopping cart. We recommend only including the service on the order, because any other products included on the order would not ship until service on your equipment is completed and the entire order is ready to ship.
  • If you have any specific problems or concerns with the equipment, please make note of them in the special instructions section at Checkout or in a separate note attached to the equipment. Print a copy of your order for inclusion in the package with your equipment.
  • Package your equipment for shipment and be sure to include a copy of your order in the package. Please indicate your Order Number on the outside of your package.
  • Ship to us via any small package shipper you choose. We will return your equipment to you via the shipping method you indicate on your order. Send the package to:
