Sales and customer service are staffed weekdays Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. Outside regular business hours, you can expect a prompt reply as soon as possible on our next business day.

Dive Gear Express is closed on major U.S. holidays that fall on weekdays when our domestic carriers (USPS and UPS) are not operating or operating on limited services, effective 2025 those days are: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We also close in the early afternoon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
