Our bulk rolls of shock cord (bungee) is a longer-lasting and more durable alternative to surgical tubing because it is rot-proof, waterproof, and resistant to mold, mildew and UV. Shock cord is constructed of continuous synthetic rubber strands with a nylon abrasion-resistant braided jacket, suitable for marine applications. Stretches 100% of its original length; a piece { 12 in | 30.5 cm } long will stretch to { 24 in | 61 cm }. Shock cord is also available for purchase by the foot.

• { 1/8 in | 3 mm } - Thin - similar to cooked spaghetti, often used for wrist mounts, epaulet replacement / snoopy loops.
• { 3/16 in | 5 mm } - Thick - Use as hose retainer.
• { 1/4 in | 6 mm } - Extra Thick - Use for making side mount bungees.
