The ScubaPro pocket shorts are the dominant choice here on the Red Sea but I don’t like how flimsy they are. The Apeks ones seem super rugged but they’re also sized and if you’re not a perfect fit, they’re sloppy loose and seem really long. And good gravy, all that pocket space in the Apeks version seems like it’s just begging to get filled with every doo-dad from the accessories wall in the dive shop. I bought two of these OMS pockets to attach to a weight belt (sans weights) to make a left and right thigh rig that I can use no matter the exposure suit I have on. I have about 75 dives on them. The OMS pockets are rugged and tick all the right boxes for me. Definite repeat purchase whenever I wear these out.
