The OMS SK2 is a useful underwater multi-purpose tool ideal for any dive. The tool uniquely combines the advantages of a blunt-end knife, line cutter and cutting shears in one convenient item.

When in the closed position the stainless steel blade acts as a blunt-end knife for cutting and prying as needed. It offers both the traditional blade as well as a serrated edge for sawing larger diameter line or rope. It also contains an angled line cutter at the base of the blade. An easy to use flip-close locking closure on the base of the handle assures a locked position when used as a knife or line cutter. Flip open the locking mechanism and the shears spring open and are ready for use.

An added feature is the stainless steel knurled pliers grip that is built into the upper portion of the molded handle. The OMS tool is stored in a nylon sheath with an elastic bungee loop around the handle portion internally to keep it secure along with a velcro closure. The sheath is made of durable nylon material and may be mounted with the nylon belt loop on the back or use the included plastic clip if desired.

NOTE: StainLESS does not mean StainPROOF and all diving products made of stainless steel must receive some basic care to help minimize corrosion. At the conclusion of the dive day, as soon as possible please rinse the cutting tool with fresh water after diving or when otherwise in contact with salt water, allow them to dry and do not store them in damp or moist environments or near aluminum. Make sure any storage sheath or pouch is also rinsed and allowed to dry before returning the stainless item to the pouch.
