The OmniSwivel LP 2nd Stage Swivel for the Poseidon Cyklon second stage offers complete 360° rotation. The omnidirectional swivel allows the low pressure hose to exit the second stage at any angle, and the swivel movement allows the regulator mouthpiece to move without restriction. Moving one's head in any direction will not cause the second stage to pull on the jaw. This adapter makes the regulator feel much more comfortable on waist-mounted deco and stage cylinders where the hose runs down the chest rather than over the shoulder.

Because of the history behind the Cyklon model second stage, there is a compatibility issue with modern standard hose fittings. Poseidon USA advises us that they are aware of this behavior, limited exclusively to Cyklon model second stages, and to address this issue they offer Cyklon specific OEM heavy rubber hoses. We also find that swivel adapters, including our generics and the standard Omniswivel adapter, exhibit the issue to a greater degree. This special version of the Omniswivel adapter perfectly connects a standard low pressure regulator hose to the Cyklon fitting found on the Poseidon Cyklon second stage.

Recently updated, the improved V2 model adds a set-screw that captures the spindle-screw and prevents it from ever being able to back out.
