Helpfulness
Leaked from the very start.

Leaked from the very start. Multiple switch outs of O-rings did not help. DGE was very helpful and customer service is great, just the product is defective. Replaced with .011 O Ring as recommended, even tried .012, yet nothing prevented the leaking past one dive use.

Dive Gear Express received a batch of defective adapters from OSI. OSI has corrected the problem and we made good to the customers.

Ordered this item to allow my sidemount regulator set two ports on the same side for the use with AI wireless computer and SPG. This item is working great. I installed my transmitter on the straight port and my SPG on the swivel port makes looking at the SPG even better. I would recemend this to any sidemount diver looking to use AI transmitters and keep everything streamline. Price is a little steep but they do seem to be well built and I would rather pay more for a quality product, especially for tec diving. As far as dive gear Express goes I rate them A+ as always! They don’t waste anytime. I have ordered a lot from them and a lot of gear from other places. DGE is the only shop that I always get what I ordered in time. Other stores love to state that your item is in stock and it ends up getting drop shipped from some place else taking 2-3x as long. DGE is the only place this haven’t happened.
