Mares XR Primary Reels

The Mares XR Reel features a large handle plus a large lock-down screw for optimum use with thick gloves and has consistently proven reliability with trouble-free design. Built-to-last with a hard-coat anodized finish over marine grade aluminum alloy handle together with precision-fit machined Delrin spool and a knurled marine grade stainless-steel lock-down screw. The reel also includes line stop plus a stainless steel double-end bolt snap that can be used with either of the two attachment points. The reel comes pre-loaded with #21 line in white braided nylon.
