Suitable for sport diving, this value priced Compact Compass offers multiple mounting options. It can be mounted to any standard HP hose or worn on the wrist with the included rubber strap. It features a rotating 360-degree bezel with click stops and direct & reciprocal index points in 10-degree increments. It also has a phosphorescent compass card.

The Compact Compass is an inexpensive choice for those divers who just need to know general direction, i.e. the dive briefing is 'swim west' and you need to know which direction to swim. You have to be patient and careful to hold it level to take an accurate reading. However, if you want more sophisticated navigation, i.e. swim a series of headings such as search box, or just prefer higher quality then we strongly recommend our Tech or Pro Compass.
