The Apeks Comfo-bite Antimicrobial Mouthpiece by Aqualung has a unique "bridge" that fits across your upper palate so bite pressure is not required to hold the mouthpiece in place. This feature will noticeably reduce jaw fatigue some divers experience when holding a regulator in their mouths for extended periods. This mouthpiece is popular with technical divers and fits all brands of regulators we sell plus most other brands, except Poseidon. This is the genuine OEM product and not a generic copy. Available in a hypoallergenic firm flexible silicone, we also include a tie wrap to attach the mouthpiece to your second stage. The palate bridge feature on the regular size may not be comfortable for smaller divers so the Comfo-bite is also produced in a small size version, although the { 1.2 x 0.65 in | 3.0 X 1.6 cm } opening for the regulator orifice is the same for both sizes.
