Items marked In Stock ordered before 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time (GMT -4), with paid shipping usually ship from Pompano Beach, FL 33073 USA the same day (weekends and holidays excepted). Most other orders, including Super Saver orders, ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery is 3 to 5 business days for most domestic US addresses or 1 to 2 weeks for international addresses.

Most orders subtotaling over a specific amount qualify for FREE Super Saver shipping:

  • $50.00 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING to Continental 48 U.S.
  • $200.00 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING to Non-Continental U.S.
  • $500.00 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING to International (outside U.S.)

To protect you from theft or mis-direction of your shipment, we request a signature upon delivery for most packages greater than $100.00 in value. Super Saver Domestic is available for FREE on most orders totaling over $50.00 to continental 48 U.S. addresses (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and on most orders totaling over $200.00 to non-continental U.S. addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). Delivery time is about 7 to 10 business days, and faster shipping options are available. † Free domestic shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and addresses outside the continental US is not available on cylinders, rebreathers, absorbent, DPVs, and gas boosters.

Super Saver International is available for FREE on most orders totaling over US $500.00 to any address outside the U.S. , but does not provide realtime tracking information. Delivery time is typically about three weeks or less, and faster shipping options are available. † Free International shipping is not available on cylinders, rebreathers, absorbent, DPVs, and gas boosters.

How does Super Saver shipping work? - The first time you add an item to the cart, you will be asked shipping destination and the shopping cart will show you shipping options and calculate the actual shipping charges. Once your cart total reaches the minimum required value to qualify for Free Super Saver shipping, it will be offered as a shipping option in the cart along with faster paid UPS and USPS options.

How long does Super Saver Shipping take? - Orders selecting Super Saving shipping are processed after all other orders. Depending on our volume of orders, your order may be processed and ship the same day or it may ship one or two business days later. Regardless, Super Saver orders are never delayed more than two business days. Domestic Super Saver orders usually take about a week transit time and international Super Saver orders typically take about three weeks.

What carrier will you use for Super Saver Shipping? - We will evaluate shipping your order via a variety of different methods and select the method we deem to be the most efficient. Your order could ship using one of several different carriers and services. Factors which can affect the final selection are the package weight, package dimensions, delivery address, time of day your order is processed, value of order, and several other considerations.

Can I request a specific carrier with Super Saver Shipping? - Sorry, but you can't specify the carrier and also receive free shipping. If you need your order to ship via a specific carrier, you must select a specific paid USPS or UPS service level. If your order is time sensitive, or requires realtime tracking during transit, we also recommend selecting a paid service level.

Undeliverable Orders -- In circumstances where the carrier attempted delivery of the order and the delivery was either not completed or refused and the carrier returns the package to us, the order will be handled according to our returns policy. Typical reasons shipments are returned include an incorrect/inadequate delivery address entered with the original order or no individual available at the delivery address who is willing to accept or pickup the package. In the case of international shipments, the package is sometimes returned due to refusal to pay import duties or customs fees.
