Warranty -- Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Place your order on our secure web site with confidence that we will meet your expectations no matter where you live. We are an independent authorized dealer for new, first quality, genuine brand name scuba diving equipment. Everything purchased through us includes full manufacturers warranty.

Prices -- All prices are in United States Dollars (Exchange Rates). Prices for shipment within Florida are subject to Florida sales taxes. Prices for shipment outside Florida do NOT include sales and use taxes, duties or value-added taxes (VAT). If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient. Your order will ship with a true and correct itemized invoice along with a value declaration for the invoice amount (less shipping cost, if any) described as "Sporting Goods."

Guarantee - We want our prices to always represent great value and our goal as an authorized dealer is to offer the everyday lowest price that includes full manufacturer warranty. We offer our lowest price everyday to everyone and we are proud of our rapid shipping with quality customer service. If you find a lower price on any identical item, including shipping, we guarantee to match the lowest price that is published by any authorized stocking dealer. We don't do the 'always on sale', 'call for best price', 'coupons', 'open box', 'never undersold', 'members only' kinds of shenanigans. With Dive Gear Express we guarantee you always know exactly what price you'll actually pay, what you are getting, when you'll get it, and how you will be treated after the sale; if not you may return your purchase for a full refund.

Sales - Reduced prices are offered on special purchases, package deals, or clearance items. These sale prices are limited time offers and quantities may be very limited. If we publish a sale price on any identical item purchased from us in the previous 30 days, we guarantee that upon request we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the sale price.

Payment -- Make payment using credit/debit card. We accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, and Visa®. We do not charge your card until shortly before your order ships. Alternatively, you may choose to pay with PayPal®. To protect against fraud, we perform a detailed verification directly with the cardholder's issuing bank. If your bank does not reply in a timely manner or we are unable to contact your issuing bank, the processing of your order will be delayed.

Back Orders -- We have a computerized inventory system and while we strive to keep as complete an in-stock inventory as possible, occasional inaccuracies will cause us to discover out of stock status on items as we begin to pack your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.

How We Ship and Your Shipping Options

RAPID Domestic U.S. and International Shipping -- Items marked Ship Today ordered before 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time (GMT -4), usually ship from Pompano Beach, FL 33060 via UPS the same day (weekends and holidays excepted). Most other orders ship within 1-2 business days. Determine shipping costs, if any, by simply adding your product choices to the shopping cart. The first time you add an item to the cart, you will be asked shipping information and the shopping cart will show you shipping options and calculate the actual shipping charges. Including FREE Super Saver domestic U.S. and international shipping options, we offer the following package carrier choices:

	Super Saver Domestic is available for FREE on orders totaling over $50 to most addresses within the continental U.S. Please note that your order may take 1-2 business days to ship when selecting Super Saver Shipping. Delivery time is about 5 to 7 days.
	US Postal Service Priority Mail Domestic offers low cost delivery (about 3 business days) to all U.S addresses, but does not provide realtime tracking information. Also required for packages to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs (AA, AE, AP) and U.S. Territories.
	UPS Ground Domestic is an inexpensive choice offering realtime on-line tracking for packages to U.S. physical addresses (no PO boxes). Delivery is about 2 to 3 business days to east coast addresses and about 4 to 5 business days to most west coast addresses. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships.
	UPS 2nd Day Air® Domestic is a cost-effective choice when you need guaranteed two business day delivery for packages to U.S. physical addresses. No weekend or holiday delivery. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships.
	UPS Next Day Air® Domestic offers guaranteed next business day delivery for packages to U.S. physical addresses. No weekend or holiday delivery. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships. If you need your order even faster, contact us for a quote on UPS Express Critical same day delivery.

	Super Saver International is available for FREE on most orders totaling over $500 to any address outside the US, but does not provide realtime tracking information. Delivery time is about two to three weeks. Free International shipping is not available on cylinders, rebreathers, absorbent, and gas boosters.
	US Postal Service Priority Mail International shipping offers low-cost fast delivery (about two weeks) to any address outside the US, but does not provide realtime tracking information.
	US Postal Service Express Mail International is a cost-effective choice for faster delivery (about one week) to more than 190 countries worldwide, but does not provide realtime tracking information.
	UPS Worldwide Saver International offers the absolute fastest delivery (3 business days or less) with expedited customs clearance to any non-US address when time is the utmost concern. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships.

Transit Status -- Meaningful realtime tracking is not available for packages shipped via Super Saver Shipping or U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If rapid delivery with realtime status tracking is important to you, then we recommend selecting United Parcel Service( UPS) as the shipping option for your order. UPS also offers intercept service to reroute in-transit packages to a different delivery address. If you wish to reroute your package to an alternate address, contact us to discuss your options and costs.

Signature Required -- To protect you from theft or mis-direction of your shipment, we require a signature upon delivery for most packages greater than $100 in value. If delivering to your home is inconvenient, then you may ship the package to your work address in care of yourself. If you choose to have your shipment sent to a business, please make sure to include the business name in the shipping address. Please note that package carrier policies direct the driver to ignore any special delivery instructions such as where to leave packages.

How to Make Merchandise Returns

Refunds -- Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we have a no hassles return policy. With a very few exceptions (rebreathers, boosters, parts and a few other items clearly identified in our pricelists as non-returnable) if any item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund. The purchase price of items returned in unused condition and original packaging within one month of the invoice date will be refunded in the same form as the original method of payment, or store credit if you prefer. Items in any other condition and items returned after one month of the invoice date will be refunded only in the form of store credit. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise shipping costs are not refunded.

Authorization -- The invoice is your return authorization. Although not required, we suggest you contact us before returning your purchase because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without creating a return. If you elect to return your purchase, carefully pack your return for shipment back to us and inside the package please include a copy of your invoice. Please help us by making a brief note of the reason for your return on the invoice.

Return Shipping -- Please don't forget you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping. For high value returns we recommend that you select a carrier that offers package tracking, insure your package for safe return, and declare the full value of the package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you prefer, you may also make your return by visiting our store.
