Ordering -- The first time you add an item to the cart, you will be asked shipping destination and the shopping cart will show you shipping options and calculate the actual shipping charges. We ship daily to destinations all over the globe. Shipping is FREE for most US destination orders over US $50 and most International destination orders over US $500. The shopping cart contents don't become an order until you select checkout, enter the billing information and actually submit the order. Most orders ship the same business day.

Prices and Invoicing -- All prices and financial transactions are in United States Dollars (US $). Prices do NOT include taxes, duties, or customs brokerages fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient. We will not understate the value of the order on shipping documents, or classify the contents as anything other than Merchandise. For the purposes of our export, we are required to ship your order with a true and correct itemized invoice along with a value declaration for the invoice amount (less shipping cost, if any) classified as "Water-sport Equipment, Other NESOI HS Code = 9506.29" and "Country of Origin: USA". Please note that for the purposes of import, the authorities at the destination are in no way obligated to observe our export classifications and may reclassify some or all of the shipment.

Currency and Exchange Rates -- As a convenience for our international customers, Dive Gear Express uses an online currency exchange service to optionally display our prices in different currencies. The exchange rates used are widely published interbank rates and are updated daily. This service should be used only as a guide, because the prices in currencies other than US $ are approximations and your financial institution will set their own exchange rate.

Payment -- Make payment using credit/debit card. We accept MasterCard®, Visa® and Discover®. We do not charge your card until shortly before your order ships. To protect against fraud, we perform a detailed verification directly with the cardholder's issuing bank. You may also pay using PayPal®, or Amazon Payments™.

Back Orders - We have a computerized inventory system and while we strive to keep as complete an in-stock inventory as possible, occasional inaccuracies will cause us to discover out of stock status on items as we begin to pack your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.
