We offer the Xeo Dive Computer Only (includes ER17335M extended life battery, wrist and bungee straps), and we also offer the Xeo in a package deal that includes the PC Interface, Zagg Full Body Protector, and your choice of a disposable battery 3-Pack or rechargeable battery 2-Pack with universal charger.

The Liquivision Xeo is a full air/nitrox/trimix open- circuit capable dive computer with the proven Buhlmann-GF (ZHL16C) decompression algorithm and also has an optional PIN upgrade to support closed-circuit rebreather constant PO2 diving. The Xeo from Dive Gear Express is ready to use, no additional software purchase is required. The Xeo features a full color OLED screen with huge fonts for maximum readability. It's compact and shaped to fit your wrist, with an angled screen for easy viewing. The display layout and colors can also be user-customized based on individual needs and preferences. The menus are easily navigated, with Liquivision's patented tap-interface allowing quick and easy interaction with either bare hands or thick gloves. The Xeo incorporates the proven Liquivision patent-penting ceramic pressure sensor technology. The Xeo mount includes a sturdy wrist strap and is also designed to accept a depth-compensating bungee mount configuration (Dive Gear Express includes the bungee.) New for 2012 is much improved battery life (See Chart) and a rechargeable battery option.

New for 2012, Xeo Units Offer Multiple Battery Options

Liquivision Battery Comparision All Xeo units with serial numbers 1251 and up (shipping now from Dive Gear Express) have WHITE battery holders that are compatible with:

  • New ER17335M disposable battery (blue jacket color) offering twice the dive time of the ER14335M.
  • New ICR16340 rechargeable battery and special charger, offering similar dive time to the ER14335M disposables.

Note that owners of Xeo units with serial numbers 1250 and lower have BLACK battery holders that are ONLY compatible with the previous generation disposable ER14335M batteries. A return-to-factory upgrade for existing Xeo units with black battery holders is available directly from Liquivision. Please contact Liquivision customer service for details on their upgrade program.

X1 or XEO?

The X1 is Liquivisions "Expedition Grade" trimix dive computer. It has an extremely rugged aluminum housing, electronic compass, and 2 pressure sensors for redundancy. It has an integrated rechargeable lithium battery. It offers two software packages (VPM and Bühlmann), sold and downloaded separately. The X1 is best suited to the advanced technical diver.

The Xeo is a more approachable "entry level" technical computer - it is well suited to the diver who is just entering the technical or rebreather realm. It has a resilient plastic housing, but we recommend the ZAGG shield to prevent scratches. It has one pressure sensor. It has user-changeable batteries. It comes with software pre-loaded. The Xeo is more accessible to a nitrox and beginning trimix diver.

The Liquivision X1 was the only dive computer out of seven different computers to survive a 283m dive without resetting or going into gauge mode.

Liquivision Xen/Xeo/Kaon PC Interface

The Xen/Xeo/Kaon always ship from Dive Gear Express with the most recent version of the firmware and adding the PC interface kit allows you to later update the firmware with future feature releases, and if you wish, to download your dives from the computer to your desktop. It's compatible with both the Windows and Mac OS, and comes with the USB cable to connect to your computer. To use, simply connect the USB to the PC Interface, then to a USB port on your PC or Mac, and finally, line the infrared window of your Xen/Xeo/Kaon to the infrared window on the interface.
